What to expect when you get a spa treatment (courtesy of the Spa at the Four Seasons Silicon Valley)

The holidays are a busy, stressful time of the year, and Silicon Valley is a busy, frenetic kind of place. Who would have thought there would be a place right in the heart of it that you can escape to and get away from it all? The Four Seasons Hotel at Silicon Valley is located right off the busy, noisy 101 freeway. Right across the highway there's a huge strip mall with retailers like IKEA, Best Buy and the Home Depot. All around the place, people and buses and bikes and cars are hustling and bustling -- but from inside the hotel, you would never know. And once you step inside their Spa, you literally enter an oasis of calm and peace.

Last week the Spa at Four Seasons Silicon Valley invited me to try one of their spa treatments and experience their luxurious service. I'm not a regular spa-goer (although I probably would be if I could afford it!), but I love indulging in a pampering session as a special treat. I've been running myself ragged lately, so in keeping with my newly adopted mantra of Taking Care of Me, I gladly accepted -- and I'm sharing every step of my experience on this post. I know that many of you already know the drill (and some of you may even have a treatment every second Tuesday), but some of you may never have been to a spa and are wondering what the heck goes on in there! You might be hesitant to ask around (for fear of people saying, What? you've never been to a spa??), so this post will give you a general idea.

1) We started with a delicious lunch at the hotel restaurant, Quattro. I'll blog about their superb food in a future post, but for now I'll just say that it was everything a pre-spa lunch should be: nourishing, hydrating, but on the light side. The spa can actually put together a package for you that includes lunch, but if you don't avail of that service, just try to eat light before your treatment.

2) After lunch, we left the restaurant and headed to the spa. Once inside the women's locker room, I was given a spa robe, a pair of slippers, and a locker to put my things in. You are supposed to disrobe for spa body treatments, but if you are extremely uncomfortable about being totally naked, they will give you some disposable underpants to put on. In any case, you're wearing a thick spa robe, so you're not walking around in your birthday suit.

3) Before my treatment, I spent about 10 minutes in the steam room -- this isn't the case for every type of spa treatment, but the spa director suggested it for mine. The steam room is entirely optional, and spa guests can use it before or after their treatments if they wish. If you do use the steam room, just remember to stay well-hydrated (the Spa has a dispenser of iced water right outside the steam room) and watch the clock, because you shouldn't stay inside a steam room for longer than 12-15 minutes. If only there were some sort of clock inside the steam room! I had to keep poking my head outside the door to peek at the clock (maybe they did that on purpose, so people wouldn't stay inside for too long?).

4) Once I got out of the steam room, a spa attendant came to fetch me, and led me to a private spa room where I'd be receiving the treatment. I didn't take my phone into the room (yes, that's how relaxed and unplugged I was!), so I couldn't take a photo of the room, but here's a photo from their website:

Soft instrumental music was playing in the room, and my spa attendant dimmed the lights down even further, so everything was soothing, relaxing and utterly calming. And the treatment hadn't even started!

5) The attendant left the room so I could disrobe and slip underneath the sheets; she returned after about 5 minutes, and started the treatment that I had selected, a Body Sculpting Cellulite and Colon Therapy treatment. Here's a description:

Redefine and smooth your silhouette. A detoxifying fennel and birch peel-off body mask works in combination with specialist massage techniques to deeply cleanse the body’s systems, firm and smooth skin, stimulate circulation and reduce fluid retention. Cleansing of the colon through abdominal massage helps to detoxify the body from the inside out.

Pretty radical, huh? It sounded like quite a technical treatment, not something a first-timer or infrequent spa-goer would try. And abdominal massage? Colon Therapy? Gulp. I've always been a bit nervous about massages, because every time I get a hand or foot massage during a manicure or pedicure, they hurt. I didn't relish the thought of pain coursing through my body, but I decided to be a bit adventurous and put my trust in the Four Seasons.

I'm so glad I did! There was no unspeakable torture, just a wonderfully relaxing experience. The first thing the attendant did was lightly brush my body down with a cactus-bristle brush, in order to exfoliate the skin. Then she lightly massaged my legs, arms and abdomen. It didn't hurt at all; it felt absolutely wonderful! I think it was the first massage I've ever truly enjoyed.

Next up was the body wrap. The attendant slathered a body mask of fennel and birch all over my legs. The body mask was very cool and wet; the attendant warned me that some people find the smell a bit strong, but I had no problem with it.

Once I was covered in goo, she wrapped my legs up in plastic, then moved on to the Colon Therapy. She asked me to inhale slowly, then exhale, and as I exhaled she moved her hands over my abdomen in an upward, sideways, then downward motion, following the path of my intestine. When she first did it, I tensed my ab muscles because she was applying a bit of pressure, but once I got familiar with what she was doing, I relaxed, and it didn't hurt.

Next, she moved on to a head massage. I thought the pressure was a bit too much when she started massaging my temples, but before I could work up the energy to ask her to ease up, she moved on to massaging the nape of my neck, and I immediately dissolved into a contented heap. I drifted in and out of sleep throughout the entire 1-hour treatment, and before I knew it, the attendant was scrubbing the goo off my legs, and it was over.

6) After my treatment, I spent a few minutes relaxing in the spa lounge, sipping a cup of tea. It was a cold, rainy day, otherwise I probably would have spent some time at the pool, which is right outside the spa area. The Four Seasons Silicon Valley pool is amazing (I was there for an event a couple of years ago), and if you go to their spa, you should make sure you leave some time at the end of your treatment to relax.

7) Time to re-enter the real world -- but not without indulging in what I'm going to call their Rainforest Shower. The spa showers have showerheads directly above you and on two sides of the shower stall, as well as a handheld showerhead, so you are literally sprayed with water from all sides. I could have stayed in that shower all day! Here's a photo of it (the spa locker is not far from the showers so I quickly grabbed my phone and snapped this photo):

I left the Spa relaxed, but rejuvenated at the same time. It felt absolutely wonderful to have someone taking care of me for a change, and it's the perfect way to stay sane during the holidays! I highly recommend the Spa at Four Seasons Silicon Valley, and if the spas at the other Four Seasons locations are anything like this one, you should check them out!

Totally Together review and giveaway

I first met Stephanie O'Dea at a blog event in June, and my first impression of her was, hippie chick. She was wearing a long peasant skirt and sandals. Her hair was long and flowing, and she charmed everyone with her infectious laugh and bright smile. But make no mistake, Stephanie is no ditz. She's the total opposite of scatterbrained; she's actually one of the most totally together women I've ever met. She's the author of the popular blog, A Year of Slow Cooking, and the New York Times bestselling author of the Make It Fast, Cook It Slow series of cookbooks, and she has appeared on The Rachel Ray Show, Good Morning America, and various publications like Real Simple and the New York Post. She turned her love of crockpots into an empire with strength of character, hard work and determination. So I was delighted and honored to be able to review and give away her newest book, Totally Together: Shortcuts to an Organized Life, which is coming out on August 2. It's a guide, calendar, notebook, checklist and planner to help busy people find some order in their busy lives. Here's more information about the book: Just in time for the back to school rush, TOTALLY TOGETHER (Berkley Trade Paperback; August 2, 2011; $15.00) is the indispensable guide to organizing a busy household so anyone can have a tidy and tranquil home in just minutes a day. New York Times bestselling author and popular mommy blogger Stephanie O’Dea provides a practical, how-to guide in a weekly calendar format to make home organization and time management a snap. The thought of company and entertaining can send the calmest of women into a tailspin. The cleaning, preparation and organization that precede a family party or overnight guests is enough to avoid the issue altogether. However, Stephanie says that her home is always company ready within 30 minutes and she can help you whip your home into shape as well! Stephanie has developed the “clean less, play more” method, which allows you to fly through all the chores and minutiae in minutes a day so you can move on to what you really want to do: spend time with family and enjoy living life. Using a weekly organizational planner format, Stephanie spells out exactly what chores are essential and how they should be tackled to maximize time and minimize effort including: · Seven daily chores that anyone in the family can do in just minutes · Yearly, seasonally, monthly, and weekly chores divided into bite-sized chunks · Household tips and cleaning shortcuts · Guide for setting up meal plans · Fun, fast recipes · Reproducible grocery list with check boxes · An action plan for keeping the entire family organized · And much more Stephanie’s book is ideal for both working and stay at home moms and even those with no children who want an organized home but don’t want or have the time to spend hours cleaning. I know what you're thinking: How does one make the jump from cookbooks to planners? But when you think of it, Stephanie's cookbooks are all about easy meals that save families time and effort, without resorting to fast food, takeouts or processed food. Stephanie is all about streamlining and idiot-proofing day-to-day tasks so that you lead a quality life and free up more time for the things that matter. Here are some things I really like about the book: * It's small enough to fit in most women's purses. * The weekly planner starts in September, which coincides with the beginning of the school, so moms can keep the same planner in their purse for the whole schoolyear. * There's always something new and fresh to read in each week of the planner: a recipe, a craft, a quote, a tip, a reminder. * A recurrent theme throughout the book is to Remember the WoMom -- the woman behind the mom. The book encourages moms to take care of themselves: do breast self-exams, go out with friends, exercise, say NO, ask for help, do something nice for yourself. Taking care of yourself is one of my mantras for 2011, and rediscovering the woman behind the mom is one of the main reasons I started my blog, Finding Bonggamom, so I couldn't agree more! As planners go, I love Totally Together, and I highly recommend it for moms who use planners. Unfortunately, I'm not really a planner kind of girl! I prefer to keep my calendar and task list online, so Totally Together is not in my purse; it sits on my bookshelf as more of a reference guide. What we need now is a Totally Together app for the iPod, iPad and Android that can sync up with a Google calendar! Stephanie, there's your next project! Tiny Prints for Mothers Day

Mother's Day is almost here! Make sure you let the mom in your life know special she is with a Mother's Day card. Tiny Prints invited me and a number of Bay Area bloggers to their headquarters in Sunnyvale, where they treated us to a tour, a delicious lunch, and a sneak peek at their 2011 Mother's Day card line. Their new cards capture all the hottest trends in Mother's Day cards:

Personalized cards
My mother could not care less about receiving a card store greeting card, but she turns to mush when a card has photos of her grandchildren in it. Sending a card with photos and personalized text makes it so much more special. You can put photos of you and your mom, or your kids. I love the idea of a card with photos of you through the years:

I made a Tiny Prints card for my mother. It's probably going to be on display in her living room until Mother's Day 2012.

Bold graphics
It's not all about lace and flowers; today's Mothers Day cards can be as sophisticated and modern as today's moms.

Homemade art designs
All mothers have received a handmade Mother's Day card from their children at some time in their lives. I still have the cut-out heart filled with random squiggles made when The Pea was two years old! When it comes from a child, a handmade card is precious. When it's from your thirty-five year old son, not so much (unless he's a graphic designer or artist or scrapbooker!). Tiny Prints has some wonderfully whimsical designs that capture that home-made look and feel:

Coupons
Remember those "free hug" and "one breakfast in bed" coupons you used to make for your mom? Thanks to Tiny Prints, you can send her a personalized "coupon" and not feel like you're still an eight-year old! (although you'll probably always be an eight-year-old to your mom)

Not Just Moms
These days, people don't just send Mother's Day cards to their mothers; after all, your mother isn't the only mother in your life! Grandmothers, aunts, wives, best friends, adoptive mothers, surrogate mothers and granddaughters are also mothers. Even mothers-to-be already have a little life inside them!

The last time my mother-in-law had a photo of all her grandchildren together, 3Po and Jammy were just three months old. She has waited a long time for the next one, so I know she will treasure this card:

You can search for Mother's Day greeting cards on Tiny Prints' special Mother's Day section; they have thousands of beautiful designs. Creating a greeting card couldn't be easier. Just select a design, personalize it with text and/or photos, then order. It took me about 10 minutes to create the card in the photo above; most of that time was spent deciding which design to choose and what message to print inside the card (Tiny Prints provides quite a few nice sayings and messages for Mother's Day and other occasions). Driving to a card store or drugstore to pick out a card takes a whole lot longer! Thanks, Tiny Prints, for showing me how special a Mother's Day card can be!

Disclosure: Tiny Prints treated me to lunch, a set of thank-you cards and a voucher for free Tiny Prints greeting cards. Posting about the event, or about Tiny Prints, was not required, and I did not receive monetary compensation for this post. The views and opinions expressed here are my own.

What makes mommy awesome?

There is no love quite like the love of a child for his mother: it's the strongest, sweetest, purest, most innocent, most unconditional thing in this world.

It can also be one of the funniest.

Mother's Day is on April 3 in the UK (Mothering Sunday, to be exact) and on May 8 in the US, and to celebrate, Tiny Prints has asked me to share with everyone why my kids think I, their mother, am awesome. I have quite a few ideas about that myself (the list would include messing up my girlish figure, enduring stretch marks, scouring the internet for entertaining kid-friendly events, playing bored board games for hours on end, cleaning up their messes, giving up couples weekends in Calistoga and learning to ski) but to be completely objective, I guess I should feature the kids' answers, not mine.

Since The Pea is away on a camping trip, the task fell 3Po and Jammy to explain what makes me so awesome. Here are their top ten answers why:

1) Because she takes care of us.
2) Because she blogs and gets lots of toys for us to play with.
3) Because she's soft and squishy so she's nice to hug.
4) Because she's way better than our sister.
5) Because she can fold good origami cranes.
6) Because she volunteers at the library.
7) Because she came with our class to the symphony.
8) Because she's so cool.
9) Because she's the best mama ever.
10) Because she loves us.

Sigh..... I guess I can endure a few more hours of playing board games if it earns me that kind of love. Being a mother doesn't get any better. Now, if only I could get all of that on a Mother's Day card!*

* Psst, actually you can put 3Po and Jammy's words of wisdom on a greeting card -- just create your own customized greeting card at Tiny Prints. Check out their collection of Mother's Day Cards so you can show your mother how awesome she is!

The Bar Method Pregnancy DVD giveaway

I think ballet dancers have some of the most beautiful bodies in the world -- they are lean and strong, graceful and elegant. And there's nothing quite like a ballet-based workout, which is why I think The Bar Method gets such rave reviews, from Hollywood celebrities to PTA moms. This body-sculpting workout utilizes a ballet bar fitness technique and draws from the principles of isometrics, dance conditioning, interval training, and physical therapy.

I haven't tried any of their classes, but after doing a bit of research, I'm intrigued. They have a studio near my home so I might try a class out! If The Bar Method doesn't have a studio near you, don't worry -- they also sell exercise DVDs, including one for expectant moms. It sounds like a great way to keep fit during pregnancy and get back into shape afterwards!

Win a copy of The Bar Method Pregnancy DVD and a Bar Method Onesie
One lucky Bonggamom Finds reader will win a copy of their new Pregnancy Workout DVD and a Bar Method white cotton baby onesie.
Master teacher Lee Potter in her third trimester with twins adds her own special wit and playfulness to the Bar Method’s pre-natal workout, a long-standing and popular class at its flagship studio in San Francisco. Lee leads you through this 45-minute long series of gentle, safe and challenging moves, including free-weight work, thigh exercises, standing seat-work, and abdominal strengthening exercises performed while propped up on pillows. Lee’s fellow performers are Hannah Blue, co-owner of the Downtown San Francisco studio and Lauren Dunning, a teacher at the Downtown San Francisco studio, both appearing in this DVD in their second trimester. As Lee puts it, this DVD “will help you feel strong during your pregnancy, will assist you in delivering your baby, and will snap you right back into shape.” Retail: $20.00

Introducing Safeway's Just For U Program

Great news, Northern California shoppers : Safeway is rolling out a new savings program called Just For U, and it's going to lower your grocery bills like never before. At first I was skeptical because I already love Safeway's Club Card program and I didn't want them to scrap it -- but I've since learned that the Just For U program doesn't replace the Club Card program, it enhances it.

Safeway invited me and a group of other bloggers (like Citymama and Safewaygirl and The Frugal Find and The Mom Jen) to their headquarters in Pleasanton, CA to tell us all about it. The Just For U program gives you 3 ways to save using your Safeway Club Card:

1) Coupons
Now you can "download" manufacturer's coupons to your Safeway card! Instead of stealing the Sunday paper from your local coffeeshop, clipping out the coupons and having to remember to take them to the store, just go to the Safeway Coupon Center. They have hundreds of coupons every week (the largest online coupon center in North America!), and all you have to do to get them is log on to your Safeway.com account, go to the Safeway Coupon Center and click on the coupons you want. They'll be registered on your Safeway Club Card, so when you buy the item at Safeway and use your Club Card, the coupon will be redeemed automatically.

2) Personalized Deals
Based on your shopping history, the Just For U program creates a list of items you buy frequently (or items you might want to buy) and gives you a special price for them. These Personalized Deals are just that -- the Club Card shopper in front of you at the checkout stand will have a completely different set of Personalized Deals. To take advantage of these Personalized Deals, log on to your Safeway.com account, go to the Personalized Deals section and click on the products you want. Heck, click on all of them -- they're valid for 90 days and there's no item limit, and you don't need to do anything other than give them your Safeway card at the checkout line.

3) Club Card Specials
Yup, you still get the Club Card Specials that you know and love. What's more, you can see all your current local Club Card Specials online, and even create and print a shopping list from that list of Club Card Specials so you don't have to wander the aisles searching for a Club Card Special you might need. You can also include Coupon Items and Personalized Deals in your Just For U shopping list so you don't miss any opportunity to save.

After our Just For U 101 session, we headed to a local Safeway store, where we were given a $50 Safeway gift card and told to shop for some items on our Just For U shopping list so we could see the savings rack up. I admit, I had visions of racing around Safeway, piling as many items into my shopping cart as I could get my hands on in 1 minute -- but sadly, there were no sweepstakes shopping races that day. Still, $50 is $50 and I wanted to see how far that money could go with the Just For U program.

I love Oroweat's Country Buttermilk bread, but I don't buy it too often because it's expensive ($4.79) compared to Safeway bread. Even on sale, it's usually about $2.50. So I'm overjoyed that it's on my Personalized Deals list for only $1.95! So I get to buy Oroweat whenever I want for the next 3 months without having to wait until it goes on sale, or having to hoard it and freeze it when it does.

I think this is the first time I've ever used a manufacturer's coupon -- it was for $1 off a $4 bottle of Newman's Own dressing. Thanks to the Just For U program, I didn't have to clip any coupons or remember to bring them to the store. My purse is messy enough as it is without it being clogged with a bunch of paper coupons!

Bertolli pasta sauce is regularly $3 per bottle, $2.49 with Club Card savings -- but this happened to be one of my Personalized Deals items, so I only paid $2.02 for it!

See that 10-pound bag of potatoes? It was on sale for 97 cents, and with the 50-cent coupon I got from the Coupon Center, I only paid 50 cents! Fifty cents for ten pounds of potatoes.... what is this, 1945? At that price, we'll be having potatoes for dinner for the next 3 days!

In total, I bought $57.38 worth of groceries and paid $36.89, for a total savings of 36%. I like to take note of the "Total Savings Value" that gets printed on my Safeway receipt, and usually it's in the 20%-25% range, so 36% was phenomenal for me -- and it was all thanks to the new Just For U savings program. Of course, I did have to do some pretty careful planning -- I stuck to my Just For U shopping list which only contained items that had coupon savings, Club Card Savings or Personalized Deals (or a combination), and I was pretty meticulous about making sure I was getting the correct item and size to qualify for the discounts. Truthfully, I don't really like having to print out a shopping list -- but once Safeway rolls out a Just For U mobile app for the Android platform (they said it's in the works), I'll be able to whip it out to remind myself of the discounts that are currently on my Club Card -- then I'll be unstoppable.

Disclosure: I was invited to a blogger event that included breakfast and lunch. At the event, I was given a $50 Safeway giftcard so I could shop and see how the Just For U program works; I was also given an assortment of Safeway groceries and a second $50 Safeway giftcard to take home. The views and opinions expressed here are my own.

Libman Freedom Spray Mop Review and Giveaway

I have exciting news: Jennifer James' Mom Bloggers Club has started recruiting members to do reviews! I recently participated in my first Mom Bloggers Club review, and it was a great one: we were sent a Libman Freedom Mop to try out and give away.

The Basics
The Libman Freedom Spray Mop eliminates the need for buckets because it has a spray bottle that you can fill with whatever cleaning solution you choose. Instead of a mop head, it has a reusable microfiber pad. The mop is available at retailers like Target, Kmart and Walmart, with a suggested retail price of $19.99 to $24.99. It is manufactured in the USA by the Libman Company, a 4th generation family owned company.

Here's more information about the Libman Freedom Spray Mop:
Detachable, 18 oz. cleaning solution bottle allows you to use and refill any solution you choose. Machine washable, scratch-free, deep cleaning pad provides a greener clean while saving you money. Self-powered solution sprayer with comfort fit trigger eliminates the need for batteries while letting you control how much solution you spray onto your floor.

The Bongga
I LOVE this mop!! It's so easy to use that I don't ever have to find excuses to mop the floors again. In fact, I probably won't ever have to mop the floors again, because I've now got lots of eager volunteers to do the mopping for me:

Seriously, the Libman Freedom Mop is the future of mopping. You know the Evolution of Man drawing? You know, this one:

I feel like the ape on the left should be holding a traditional mop and bucket, then the next 2 humanoids should be holding versions of the disposable cleaning pad mop . The third-to-the-last Neanderthal should be holding one of those disposable cleaning mops with a battery operated spray, and the second-to-the-last dude should be holding a mop with reusable microfiber pad. The rightmost spot, Modern Day Man, should be holding a Libman Freedom Spray Mop. And "Freedom" is the perfect name for this mop because it frees you from so many of the things that used to make mopping the floor a tiresome chore:

* No more buckets of dirty water!
I love the idea of attaching a spray bottle to the mop! That way you don't have to lug around a bucket of dirty water. The spray bottle is detachable, so it's easy to refill, and the same hand that holds the mop controls the spray trigger, which makes it easy to use.

* No more icky-sticky chemicals!
I love that I'm not tied to a particular cleaner -- I can pour whatever I want into the spray bottle. I can choose to use plain warm water, which works best for our hardwood floors, and for trickier cleanups I add a bit of soap or eco-friendly cleaner. Then I can empty out the bottle, refill it with water and mop up the area to rinse it out.

* No more disgusting mop head!
I've always thought using a mop left the floor dirtier than ever, because mop heads are so difficult to clean. You try wringing out all the dirty water from a mop, it's next to impossible! But the Freedom Mop has a removable microfiber pad that's easy to clean.

* No more wasteful disposable pads!
I've always felt somewhat guilty when mopping the floor with disposable cleaning wipes -- they put all sorts of chemicals on our hardwood floors, clog landfills and cost lots of money to boot. But I can throw the Freedom Mop's reusable pad in the wash, or wash it in the kitchen sink, and voila, it's clean again and ready to (re)use.

The Blah
The line of green plastic fibers on the microfiber pad are hard and scratchy and unravel mercilessly. I'm not sure what purpose they serve, the white microfiber material seems great all by itself.

The Bottom Line
I highly recommend the Libman Freedom Spray Mop for anyone who wants a quick, easy, cost-effective, eco-friendly way to mop up their floors.

Yummie Tummie at BlogHer 2010

How time flies! I can't believe it has been a year since I became a Yummie Tummie Brand Ambassador. This time, last year, at BlogHer 2009, I was in the Clever Girls' hotel room for some reason or another, and Stefania from CityMama handed me a white Yummie Tummie Skinny Tank and said something like, "Try this, you'll love it!". I slipped it on and fell in love. One year and three Yummie Tummie tops later, I'm still a loyal fan of their sexy, slimming styles, spreading the Yummie Message to muffin-top-sufferers everywhere.

This year at BlogHer, Yummie Tummie had a big presence at the Social Luxe Lounge party on Thursday night. I got to meet Yummie founder Heather Thomas, who turned out to be bubbly and friendly and full of great advice on what to wear. She gave me a sneak peek at some of Yummie Tummie's latest styles, like their Shaping Yoga Pant, Gwen Racer Back tank, Short Sleeved Crew t-shirt and Chelsea Classic Button Down shirt. I've been coveting the Gwen tank ever since I saw it online, and it looks even nicer in the flesh, and Heather surprised me by telling me Yummie Tummie would be sending it to me to review!

Speaking of reviews, unfortunately the Yummie Chiffon Tier top that I was supposed to wear to BlogHer did not arrive in time, but I wore my Yummie Ruffle top on Day 1 of the conference, so my fashion moxie did not suffer one bit.

Here I am with uber-celebrity Mrs. Potato Head. She confessed to me that she's been a naughty little couch potato, not getting too much exercise, and she's been feeling a bit lumpy and bumpy. I sang the praises of Yummie Tummie to her, and she loved the way my Yummie Tummie ruffle top kept my wobbly bits in (little British expression there, that's what comes from 4 weeks in the UK) without looking like a frumpy, um, potato sack. I wonder if they make Yummie Tummies in Potato Head sizes?

Disclosure: I am a Yummie Tummie Brand Ambassador and occasionally receive product samples to review. At no time have I been paid or required to this product or give my opinions. Product information is provided by the featured company/product and is clearly indicated as such. The views and opinions expressed here are my own.
