iWave Ear Buds Review
Tuesday, December 14, 2010
Here's a great stocking stuffer idea for that hard-to-get teen on your list. Who doesn't need a pair of ear buds? With so many music lovers in the family, ours are constantly being misplaced or broken, so every extra pair counts. I was recently given a pair of iWave earbuds with Swarovski crystals to review, and they were quickly commandeered by The Pea:
Her first comment: They are sooooooo pretty!
Her second comment: ......... (that would be silence)
These earbuds are so good at blocking outside sound (they have removable silicone earbud tips of different sizes so you can use the one that fits you best), The Pea never heard my requests for an opinion.
The sound quality is very good, so you can really lose yourself in the music. And unlike many earphones, the cord looks quite durable -- I'm used to the usual rubberized cords so the material, which actually looks, feels and falls like woven cord, is quite unique. The only thing I would add to these ear buds would be a storage case or a way to wind up the cord so it doesn't get tangled up (that's a pet peeve of mine). Otherwise, it's a great gift item!
iWave also makes blinged-out iPod cases, iPhone cases, headphones and more. Check out their website at www.iwaveaudio.com.
Disclosure: I received a set of earbuds to review, but was not paid to review the product or give my opinions. Product information is provided by the featured company/product and is clearly indicated as such. The views and opinions expressed here are my own.
