You've got to Taste This cookie!

I''ve never been a fan of peanut butter cookies. That is, until I tried the Peanut Butter Cookie Bombs in Gina Von Esmarch's Taste This! cookbook. They're easy to make and come out looking like a pro made them. As for the taste.... words fail me. Who would've thought that sticking a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup into a peanut butter cookie would be DA BOMB? I've made them twice already, and each time, they got eaten before the Reese's center hardened. In fact, the cookies disappeared too quickly for me to get my act together and take a photo of them. And since I probably ate more of them than anyone else put together, I'm too terrified of the consequences to my waistline to make another batch to eat photograph anytime soon. But I will. I must. I can hear the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup-py goodness calling to me now..... must... head... for... the .... treadmill!

So far, every Taste This! recipe I've tried has been a success, and I've got so many more to go that I'm at a loss as to which one to try next. So I'm going to ask for your help, dear reader. Want to taste some of these awesome recipes yourself? Taste This! author Gina Von Esmarch is giving away a copy of this yummy cookbook to one lucky Bonggamom Finds reader! But you're gonna have to do me a favor first: to enter, you need to vote on which one of Gina's recipes I should try next:

Pear Walnut Salad
Black Bean Soup
Potato Souffle
Linguine & Brie
Stuffed Bell Peppers
Divine Chicken Curry
Beef Stroganoff
Island Style Carrot Cake
Chocolate Pecan Turtle Cake
Peach Cobbler

To enter, leave a comment on this post with your email address, and tell me which of the recipes above I should try. Which one sounds the yummiest?

For extra entries, you can do any or all of the following:

1) Follow Gina Von Esmarch (ginavon)on Twitter (leave a comment with your twitter id).

I'm also going to tally up the recipe votes and announce the winning recipe. For additional giveaway rules, click here. Good luck to everyone -- I can't wait to see which yummy recipe I'm going to try next!

These all look fabulous. Normally I'd go for Chocolate Pecan Turtle Cake, but I'm not in a sweet mood right now, so Potato Souffle is my vote.

I think you should try the Potato Souffle next. After all, it has potatoes, which are good for you, and it's a souffle, so it's light...so the calories should be about...oh...what?...5 per serving? That's my guess and I'm sticking to it! asthenight at gmail dot com
