The cheapest ice cream ever

Happy January, everyone! I've been away on vacation so I haven't posted in a few days, but rest assured I've got lots of reviews, deals and giveaways lined up for 2010. For now, here's a fun photo of one of the best deals I found in 2009:


Unfortunately you'll have to travel to Kalibo, a small town in the Philippines, to enjoy it. We found an ice cream stand selling soft-serve ice cream for as little as 7 Philippine pesos (15 US cents) ! The ice cream is as delicious as anything you'll find here, and even though we splurged on the Choco Sundae (PHP18), we fed our whole family of five for less than $3!
