Sweet Valley Confidential book giveaway

Were you a tween or a teen girl in the 80's? If you answered yes, I'm betting you were a fan of Sweet Valley High. Even if you couldn't stand vain Jessica Wakefield or her sensible twin Elizabeth, chances are you know all about them or know someone who followed their adventures and drama in the Sweet Valley High book series. Francine Pascal's Sweet Valley High was such a popular series between 1983 and 2003 .... so Sweet Valley fans will be delighted to know that the Wakefield Twins are back! Sweet Valley Confidential is a new novel by Francine Pascal that continues where Sweet Valley University (the final series) left off.

Here's a synopsis of the book:
Now with this striking new adult novel from author and creator Francine Pascal, millions of devoted fans can finally return to the idyllic Sweet Valley, home of the phenomenally successful book series and franchise. Iconic and beloved identical twins Jessica and Elizabeth Wakefield are back and all grown up, dealing with the complicated adult world of love, careers, betrayal, and sisterhood.

I had a chance to review Sweet Valley Confidential, and as a fan of the series in my youth, I had a great time rediscovering all the characters and finding out how they turned out. To be sure, the story has matured as the twins have matured, and there are quite a few implausible plot twists, inconsistencies and shockers, but it was still a nostalgic read.
