I love cooking contests; Food Network Challenge, Iron Chef and Cupcake Wars are some of my favorite television shows. I'm just in awe of how the contestants perform under pressure, and of course I enjoy looking at their amazing creations. All the Food Network contestants seem to be professionals, but there even amateur cooks can win big at the original original cooking challenge, the Pillsbury Bake-Off. They contest is now on its 45th Bake-Off, and they are now accepting recipe submissions! Just think, that red velvet cake you made for your kids' birthday could win you a million dollars. This is one cooking contest I sure hope will be televised, because I can't wait to watch it and try out all the winning recipes!
