Music was playing in the delivery room when I delivered my kids.  I wouldn't have been able to get through 27 hours of labor without it!

Music can inspire us to get fit.  Running is my main form of exercise, and I wouldn't be able to run without music!  It's the only thing that keeps me going on any run longer than 10 minutes!  Music is what saw me through all of the half marathons I've ever run in my life.

Music can even get my kids to do housework!
