Bonggamom's Birthday Giveaway: Sam's Club Membership + $50

Happy Birthday to Me!  Today is my 41st birthday and it has been a great year.  I may have found a ton of grey hairs in the past year and my belly gets flabbier every day...... but my blog readership has grown, my kids are doing great at school, we traveled to some wonderful places last year, Alfie got his biggest bonus at work ever, I'm going to co-president of the twins' school PTA next year, I've started practicing yoga, and tomorrow I'm going to be at the Disneyland Resort?  Life couldn't be sweeter.

To celebrate my birthday, I'm running a series of giveaways worth almost $200! Here's what's up for grabs:

Today I'm giving away a year's membership at Sam's Club as well as a $50 Sam's Club Gift card -- that's a $90 giveaway!  One lucky Bonggamom Finds reader will receive the following:
