A couple of weeks ago I came up with a 5-day workout schedule that I think I can stick with for the rest of the year and beyond. The only problem, of course, is that I don't have enough workout gear for all 5 days, so I have to keep the washer and dryer running several times a week to make sure I don't have to reuse any of my sweaty gear. I detest laundry, but ewwwwwww......
