A couple of months ago I held a giveway for A Century of Flavor, a wonderful cookbook by the Nielsen-Massey vanilla company. The recipes in the book all have vanilla or some other Nielsen-Massey extract in it, even appetizers! If you didn't win (or didn't get around to entering: shame on you!), now's your chance: Nielsen-Massey has generously provided 3 more copies of this cookbook to give away to 3 lucky Bonggamom Finds readers.

I think the thing I can taste the vanilla in the most is my french toast. I always put vanilla in my eggs for french toast. It makes it quite a bit better :-)
