It's Halloween on Jumpstart!

My kids have had a resurgence of interest in the Jumpstart website ever since they logged on and saw that the Jumpstart world is all dressed up for Halloween! There are jack-o-lanterns everywhere, there are spooky spiderwebs on the ground, you can hear crickets chirping, and the whole place is dark like it's twilight and everyone's about to go trick-or-treating. And that's just the backdrop! I saw on the Jumpstart blog that kids can dress their Jumpees up in all kinds of costumes, they can adopt Halloween-themed "pets" (if a skull or a pumpkin counts as a pet!) and participate in Halloween-themed contests. I think it's a great way to keep the site fresh and keep the kids interested. And it doesn't hurt that Halloween is my favorite holiday, so anything spooky this month will probably get an A-ok from me :)
