This Rock-E-Road candy from the Taste This! cookbook is one of those recipes that are so easy to make (even a five-year-old can melt chocolate and add marshmallows and nuts if a grownup supervises) that you ought to be making it yourself anytime you find yourself craving it. Instead, you go to See's Candies or Russell Stover and buy it for $12 a pound. We used dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate because that's Alfie's favorite. And the result?
